Cancellation or amendment policy (Payment Online)

+ If notification of cancellation or amendment is received 21 days or more prior to check-in-date, Bank fee of 5% will be levied on the refunded amount.

+ If notification of cancellation or amendment is received between 8-20 days prior to check-in-date : 30% of total payment will be charged.
+ If notification of cancellation or amendment is received between 4-7 days prior to check-in-date : 50% of total payment will be charged.
+ If notification of cancellation or amendment is received less than 3 days prior to check-in-date and no-show : NO REFUND.
